Ms Organizer saves the day

I have to admit I’m quite organizationally challenged. Filing papers and finding proper homes for stuff give me a headache. So it’s not surprising that I often find myself with clutter around the house. But I supposed I’ve managed get by and learned to operate within the chaos for the 10+ years I’ve lived in the US.

Until now.

Enter Chanlee, Ms Organizer extraordinaire (not Mrs because the Mr is not an Organizer). Slowly and surely she is beating the entropy into submission. Recently, I bought a copy of the Lifehacker book for myself. And, as with so many other things I originally introduced to her (blogging, Google reader, Ma.gnolia, Flickr, Threadless, and of course, the Xbox), she embraces it and takes it to another level. So, tonight, inspired by Lifehacker’s organizing tips, she managed to overhaul my paper filing system into, well, a system. I was quite impressed, and decided it was blog-worthy. So, instead of helping her file, I’m here blogging about it.

Now, every superhero has a weakness, and Ms Organizer is no exception. She misplaces items from time to time, and her disguise as a lawyer sometimes keeps her from fighting evil chaos effectively and efficiently. Her Kryptonite, though, would be keeping financial records. For that, she needs me. Hehe.
